Really bad quality of maintenance and coustomer serive. they always tell you that its resident's resposibility for anything even if there is a leak in the apartment window and chilled air is coming in which will freez your neck and raise your electric bills. Their explaination for this is that resident's should take care of it and they will even tell you solutions like duct tape it or put a plastic bag aroun it.
