Review for Cbs Rentals Apartments

As a resident of the Meriweather I was continuously frustrated by the lack of parking, safety of the building and outrageous noise level. CBS rentals does not take care of their residents as they maintained complacency in regards to parking, safety, noise levels, not to mention the quality of people that they allow to live here. It actually became scary towards the end, as neighbors required police involvement to put a stop to behavior. CBS did nothing about this. Also, beware of the security deposit refund, as you will not receive it in full no matter how hard you work or how clean you leave the place. CBS does not care, they will find any speck of dust and charge you. One final note is that the street that the Meriweather is on has become a popular place for armed robberies and assaults, and being a member of the rescue squad, I have seen the outcomes on numerous occasions. This area of town is disintegrating as I found myself running from my car to the door after dark. I strongly discourage anyone from living in the Meriweather or renting from CBS. You will regret it. I absolutely did.
