We started out loving this place. Plenty of room, however, air conditioning is aweful, huge ant problem and they will not spray inside, false advertising ( it says that they have an olympic sized pool and the pool is old and run down and less than half an olympic sized pool. Also it says that they have tennis courts and the tennis courts are run down and have not been used in years. There is not even a net.) Also in the lease if you want to move out make sure you know 60 days before your lease is up. The landlord will not remind you that your lease is ending. If you don't give the 60 days you are locked in if you don't want to pay fees.
