Very Lowed noise all the time, day or night. You can do nothing in your apartment, unless you want to have headache from the noise. You are completely surrounded by noise from every direction, People screaming in the hallway, noise from the roof, noise from your four directions.

Cockroach everywhere.

I wouldn't advise anyone to consider as a place to live!
And no one will help you with your complain so you rather not put yourself into this mess.
