All I can say is "Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware". What you see may not be what you get. There does not appear to be any sound proofing in the apartment building and being on the second floor is like living under a herd of elephants. In addition the floors squeak and make cracking and popping noises, which is especially bad over the Master Bedroom. I would suggest anyone looking for a quiet place to live and a good night sleep to look else where.
