Review for Champions Club Apartments

One morning back in May 2007, I had woke up and found my bedroom carpet wet. I remember it was raining lightly, the previous night. I went to report it and they (rental office) said that they will send someone down to take a look at it. (She wasn't surprise about it....she told me it was from the gutter.) Well, they did come...and dry out my carpet. Suppose-ing-ly fix the gutter too.

But then again in June 1st found out that my carpet was damp again, from the previous rain. I went to report it right away, and still said will send someone over. I waited but didn't see no one come. While that....my bedroom wall was molding all over the wall. They finally came in after I complaint saying that why didn't anyone care to come in and fix anything. I requested for new carpet or another place to stay, but they didn't let me do so at the time saying that spraying and send contractor in to clean it would do. But NO, I informed them that my allergies was severely bad, so I can't take the anti-spray that they had spray all over the carpet. Plus, there was this musky smell all over the room from drying the damp carpet. (Imagine that...) So they finally switch out my carpet plus padding. Also ensured me that the problem where the leak was coming from was fix.

Again Monday 7th of august it had happen again.....this time they finally offered me another place to stay. They said that they finally again found out what had happen. The reason is because the con-creek under the bedroom floor must had some crack or something...that's why water kept leaking through.....it was soaking wet...not just wet.

Isn't that awful ????

I mean they came in and fix....thing...but not consciously(obviously) ...enough....not saying that they didn't do anything...but everything is sooo time consumming.....
