Review for Legends At Virginia Center Apartments

Apartments needing a makeover. Airconditionar units are inside and water drain to unit cloggs too easily thus flooding the apartment. I've never seen windows leak during a rain storm like these do. Mgmt not very helpful and easy to blame tenant for the buildings shortcomings. This place is priced too high for such a low quality and noisy(too many parties in apartments above us) community.
