Review for Coliseum Gardens Apartments

I stayed in this complex two yrs. As normal with any customer service you get the best service you can get to establish a rapport with you. Then somewhere in the middle they slack off and slowly get "Unfriendly" with you. In two yrs, i had to call the front office to come out and repair my dryer six times for not drying clothes. on the 3rd attempt i asked if i could get another dryer from an unoccupied unit and i got no because mines works. Not to mention my electric and gas bill was always high because i couldnt dry a few shirts in a dryer all at the same time. Well the maintenance and upkeep of the apt was mediocre and if they did repairs you always had your fingers crossed. As far as on property, no pool, clubhouse/fitness room, 1 security guard at night, no grilling(which i understand), no grass to have kids play and run around in... the list goes on. Basically a concrete jungle that was built in the 70-80's time frame. The layout of the apt is horrible, light switches never worked, appliances were older than me(24 yrs old). out of 5 stars i give it a 3 only because it was in a good location as far as restaurants, stores, and work.
