DO NOT LIVE HERE! I repeat, do not live here! Don't stay at the Grand Duke if you are a nice, decent person. There are a lot of dirty, scary people living here. Someone got arrested right outside my front door!!!! This is not the place for anyone associated with JMU.

Also, everything else about the place is bad. You can hear your neighbors, particularly if you live beneath someone. When you move out, they'll SHOW YOUR APARTMENT ALL THE TIME. I've had NINE SHOWINGS! They don't care at all about your comfort.

The whole complex is dirty, the people are dirty, and the people running it are RUDE! Don't stay here to save a few bucks. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!
