Review for Boonsboro Village Apartments

The complex is rather old (70's). The staff works hard to keep the place up, but there is only so much they can do. The floors creek horribly and they aren't cable ready. Despite the age, the maintenance staff is wonderful and have always corrected whatever problem that has arisen within 24 hours. The office staff is also wonderful. The apartment themselves are roomy and comfortable. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms is a big plus. They have also installed new, energy efficient heat pumps/central air and new full size washer/dryers over the last few years. If you like to cook, this is not the place for you as the kitchens are tiny. Overall, this is a very descent place to live, but is starting to show its age.
