Rented: From 2007 To 2008

If you know that you may be late occassionally then Langley is not the landlord for you. They will take you to court if you are one day late after the 5th. They do not take into account the different challenges we face in life daily and expect payments on time. However, they come and fix things on their time. I would NEVER recommend any of their properties to even my worst enemy!
