Review for Mason's Keepe Apartments

I hope you have a lot of time to fix other people's problems if you want to live here, because they are incapable of doing anything thing right. For the first 2 months that I lived here I had no hot water (in December!!!). I called and complained every day. They sent someone over one time and he didn't fix it. The only reason it finally got fixed was because I called and said I got a lawyer and we are putting my rent in escrow until it is fixed. Now they cant handle money. I made an arrangement with them to take my rent from my account every month so I didnt have to write checks. They started processing it twice a month and over drew my account. Now I write checks, but they process them electronically, so they miss type the amount and accuse me of not paying rent. They have also processed it for the right amount and still accused me of not paying because they cant keep there records straight. The list of complains could go on for about five more pages, but I have wasted enough time dealing with this place.
