have lived here for over 2 years. roach infestations due to other residents refusing to let maintenence do required spraying in thier units. mouse infestations from open areas behind appliances like stoves and crawl spaces. raccoons in the roof every fall, winter. windows and ceilings cracked , old cabinets that are a breeding ground for roaches. loud noisy thumping music most evenings, loud, disrespectful teens running up and down stairs, slamming and bamming /kicking on doors. unsupervised toddlers, yes toddlers and middle school children playing football , frisbee in the parking lot, hitting and running into vehicles, scratching them up. at any given time, young people sitting on your cars. maintenence taking sometimes a month to address issues. Worst than the projects. If you work hard 4 your money and pay full rent go where you can get peace and quiet, safety and your moneys worth!!!
