Review for Ivy Gates Apartments

This place is a complete joke!! There is so much patch work here it is UNREAL!! My bath floor leaks downstairs into my "dining" area & the hot water knob is hanging halfway out of the wall. Out of 8 kitchen cabinets only 2 close & stay closed. The stove had really bad stains on it. The hallway light for the stairs as electrical problems & now does not work @ all!! The light for the dining room has blown bulbs & has since the day we moved in. The cable outlet in the wall is hanging out very badly & the stair rails are so loose they could fall over w/one good lean on it them. The carpeting (which is only on the staris) is very old & gross as well. The magament here is a complete joke & are the biggest bullshitters I have ever met in my life. Oh & let' snot 4get on both floors the sliding glass doors were broke. One got fixed w/lot's of complaining & the 1 on the main floor did not come w/vertical blinds like it's stated that it should & does not even open!! It's a fire hazard. I've already looked it up. This place overall is disgusting. Please come look @ the raggedy playground, ,there is only 3 swings & they are completely broke & rigged. This place is a total hazard & def. not worth $650 a month from any1. The neighbors -2 are shitty nasty disgusting disrespectful people. Don't dare look in their direction or you are cussed out & called every name in the book!! I do not & would not ever recommend this place to any1, not even my worst enemy. It's def. not a place for your children either!!
