Review for Rohoic Wood Apartments

I just moved in but was pleasantly suprised. The staff is great, very friendly. After I moved in there were some blinds missing and they fixed it before I got home. This is the quietest place I've ever lived. The apartment looked brand new when I moved in. It was spotless. Almost every day I've been here there have been maintenance workers cleaning up or maintaining something. I never feel unsafe. The only reason I gave safety four instead of five is because the only lock on the front door is a deadbolt, no lock on the door knob or chain. Parking got a four because there's always parking but if you come home late you won't get a spot in front of your building. Overall got a four instead of five only because it's in the country, you have a couple of gas stations and a small shopping center with grocery, dry cleaner and a chinese restaurant but even then all the shops are only a 10 or 15 minute drive away. Overall the best deal for what you pay. It's clean, well kept, has a responsive management team and you get a washer and dryer for 705 a month. You pay utilities except for trash. Great place to stay.
