Don't Rent Here!!!

Rented: From 2006 To 2007

We moved into what we thought was a nice looking townhouse in a good neighborhood and would have considered staying if the landlord/homeowners actually took care of the place. There were golf ball sized roaches in the entire place. The kitchen was decaying and falling apart. The heating and air conditioning unit would work when it wanted to and most or all of the appliances were not functioning properly.

The homeowners could care less about that place because as stated in response to an email sent by them "1614 Park Overlook Drive is not a major priority on our list of things to do.”

So, don't live here, the homeowners suck and they are not dependable people. The tenants before us had to take them to court to get their deposit back and it sounds like we're going to have to do the same.
