I would strongly urge consideration of any other propert management company in the area. These people are rude, arrogant, nasty and full of threats -- all over very minor issues; very much what you'd expect from someone given a small amount of authority well before they're professionally developed resulting in ridiculous "power-trip" sorts of behaviors. Pick another company. Hannah's behavior strongly exemplifies this persona. She clearly doesn't get it.
