Review for Bondurant Realty Corporation Apartments

Ok I lived in a Bondurant apt for a year and it started good, then a lot of things broke in the apt and it took forever to get things fixed somethings never got fixed. Neighbors are really loud and smoke outside my door, and I can smell it in my apt. The windows are OLD so I have a constant draft, that makes my electric bill ridiculous! Staff plays favorites, some of them live in the apts and are friends w/ some of the ppl. These ppl get to do whatever they want. I'm switching rental companies just to get away from Bondurant
