Review for Great Atlantic Real Estate Property Management Apartments

This complex has the worse maintenance I've ever known of. The bugs in these apartments are ridiculous. My apt is infested with rolly-pollies, spiders, worms, water bugs, all kinds of beetles, even slugs have made their way into my patio doors. Telling the rental ofc about the bugs is no use. Maintenance tells you to expect bugs in your apt because you live in the woods...there should be something they can do to keep so many of them from getting in! Also, I've been waiting for them to fix things in my apt since I moved in in Nov of 2008. My air conditioner leaked for 2 months before they came to fix it and it's been about 2 months since they fixed that but they still have not cleaned the carpet like they said they would, and my apt smells like mold and mildew.
I have the noisest upstairs neighbors. The rental ofc does nothing about it. The lighting outside at night is terrible...no lights near the garbage cans. Parking is ridiculous. We're supposed to have decals for parking, but as far as I've seen, I'm the only one on my side that has a decal and I always have to park the furthest away from the door.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!! I've tried calling the property management ofc, but they're never there and they do not return messages.
