Renters Beware! Apartments appear presentable,and are accommodating at a basic level. Management is not accommodating. Pigeon control is a major problem at no fault of Tallwood. However, management does not provide power washing or cleaning on balconies, stairwells, or railing. Consequently, these areas are infested with pigeon debris of every kind, including smashed eggs. Balconies are unusable, especially during the Spring, and the stench infiltrates the apartments. Beware!
