Ex-motel with paper thin walls. So small and so expensive for what it is. Landlady loves to take advantage of the fact that it's mostly students because she knows she can. It's falling apart, but you'll have to pay for repairs yourself. Worst parking ever, and only one resident gets a space. Also, the quality differs from apartment to apartment, but the price doesn't, so if you're thinking of renting here, look at as many individual apartments as possible before signing anything.
