On a scale from 1 to 0 I give it a 2. I can't wait to move out!!!!!!!!! The juveniles here are taking over and the management will not help. Noise, cursing, explicit language, and drug abuse in the common areas where you live. Gangs of them hanging out in front of your resident.
Pros is grounds are kept clean and the maintenance crew are good
