Rented: 2008 To 2009

Mint condition when we moved in, then the problems started. Buildings were old and in ghetto condition before renovation, so many types of bugs still live in the walls. My kids and I have suffered bedbugs, fleas, ants, and roaches, and we still have fleas and bedbugs after multiple treatments. Residents do not care about the stairwells and leave trash, mail, food, and even feces in the laundry room! Do NOT move here. Lots of homeless and illegal men hanging around property and vicinity at all hours, not a safe or attractive neighborhood. I am getting the hell out of here.
