I lived at this Community for 2 Years and suffered alot. The parking spaces are small and your car will get scratched badly. There are no speed signs so people fly through the nieghborhood and could crash into you if you're backing up and unsafe for kids playing outside. There were several incidents of cars broken into as well. You wait for several days if you make a maintenace call. If you are late on your rent, the management team will knock on your door unprofessionally and threaten you. Noise level is very loud and you can hear music and sounds of adjacent buildings.
