Rented: From 2007 To 2008

the maintenance is a nightmare- been without a working oven for 9 days now with no end in sight, dryer seemed to be broken no ventalation-staff worked on it several times over 9 months and declared it fixed- it was not, and was just discovered that there was never an outside vent built into the unit therefor it could not work this caused major mold issues,which were never fixed, and water damage to the walls that have been ignored. I have never come across such pathetic management with blatant diregard for their tenants.
