I moved in Dec. to a great apt. Mgmt. and maint. are excellent, very attentive to needs. Ruled out Somerset(seedy) and Cedar Rim (poor access/no direct contact). Sammamish View was exellent as well. Also liked Juniper Ridge but they don't allow cats.
