Rented: From 2004 To 2009

This apartment complex went from great to abysmal, management did everything in their power to get more than the stated amount from us on everything from rent (they "lost" it several times, resulting in stop check fees, double charges, late fees...) to pet fees (never received paperwork, lost 2nd paperwork, back to never got it again). Now, with their rental rates going up and their service going down, we decided to move after ANOTHER lost paperwork claim. Their response? To put a 10 day eviction notice. They obviously are just wanting a free paycheck and not there to provide a safe and secure living environment. Save your time and effort, look elsewhere....especially if you own pets.
