Review for Cedar Park Apartments

Not safe for children, trash is all over the property grounds, leaking oil from a gallon milk jug has been seen near property fence line, took management 8 months to fix leaky toilet, took management 10 months to get a copy of our lease to us (we didnt get a copy when lease was signed due to their copier being replaced). Took management 3 months to replace torn weather stripping on bottom of door (maintenance guy claimed it took that long for the weather strip to come in after it was ordered). Maintenance workers are not professionals...many times they dont know what they are doing when fixing things. Management's son is at property very limited hours of the day usually 2:30pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. Hardly see the true manager there always have to go through his son and with that LOTS of miss-communication.
Save yourself the hassle, pay a couple hundred dollars extra to rent an apartment from a TRUE professionally ran apartment complex. ONLY come here if its your last chance then get out as soon as you can.
