Review for Cedar Park Apartments

The office staff is a nice lady, but her husband is a grouchy nut. Their kids all now live there & their druggies. The owner is an elderly Chinese man who lives in Seattle & owns a company named China 1st.
The setting is great & it's so quiet in the park like setting that you almost can forgive the old out dated apts. There is a mold problem that you as the tenant has to keep up with. It has single pane windows with metal frames so that's where it breeds. Keep it sprayed with bleach.
The roofs were replaced about 3 yrs ago so they don't leak anymore. The apts aren't large a 1 bdrm is about 450 sq ft. A 2 bdrm is that with another bedroom. There is a nice outdoor pool for those hot days. The club house needs paint & repair. I lived there for 4 yrs & there were never any serious things happen such as shootings or murders. Many people don't even know this place exists, cos it's off the main rd.
