Review for Regatta Apartments

The manager does nothing about any of the problems they have 1.) unsupervised children 2.) Dog poo every where 3.) trash through out the complex along with cigarette butts 4.) loud music booming in parking lot through out the late hours of the night 5.) people hanging out in parking lot late at night mostly on the weekends 6.) adults fighting and arguing 7.) trafficking through out the night and day 8.) prostitution 9.)maintenance take weeks to fix stuff and then do a half a-- job, which by the way smell like bad body Oder 10.) this is just a few of the problems they have... A lot of people are moving once their lease is up along with me. These apartments used to be quiet family apartments and well maintained. The manager has really let the apartments go down hill. Ghetto and dangerous is what I would let people know about the Regatta apartments.
