Review for The Grove Apartments

I have never hated a place so much. It's a total rip off, office "staff" is college students that are rude and have NO clue what they are doing because they can't keep employees. I would never recommend the Grove to an enemy let alone friend! They told us at check out we had NO fines.. We just got bills for almost $100 each for carpet cleaning!!! They aren't that big of rooms. They never answer the phone and NEVER call back. Maintenance takes forever and when we moved in, there were stains and dirt everywhere, pee in one of the toilets, food wrappers and spit out sunflower seeds all over, one of the mattresses looked like it had pee all over it (we're still not sure), parking is horrible, the only way to deal with the weekday parties was to call the cops bc the Grove never did anything.. I could go on for days.. We had to scrub out the whole place BEFORE we moved in! NEVER again will I live in a place owned by these people! PLEASE don't waste your money!
