Review for Crestview Manor Apartments

We lived here from 2001-2003 and from what i have heard things haven't changed much. Its income based housing which does require more strict lease agreements, however, monthly inspections of the unit was a bit invasive. They would come up with many different excuses to "snoop" ie. "pet inspections"? (no pets were allowed). This place is also not very kid friendly. We got in trouble once for my son's tonka trucks on the back patio. pfft. The other thing that bothered me is that during the application process they actually req our parents (we were both over 30) to sign a statement saying they didnt give us money.. How Embarrassing!
