These apartments are beautiful and they have great floorplans. The staff and/or company does not care for their tenants. We paid over $1400 dollars for an apartment when they offered the EXACT SAME APARTMENT for $900 a month. There pricing changes weekly and when it came time for us to renew they would not drop their price. Wouldn't you think they would prefer to keep their existing tenants rather than finding new ones?
