Rented: From 2008 To 2009

We have lived at Evergreen Vale for one year now and I must say it is the best place I've ever rented. The office staff is friendly. Security doesn't seem to be an issue since the facility is gated. The units are well maintained although twenty+ years old. The place is relatively quiet even with I-5 in the back yard.

Overall I'd say this is a great place to live!
