Neighbor above sounds like he will come through the floor at any given moment. Absolutely no parking, I have to walk about 7 minutes to get to my car, which got broken into and the apartment managers couldn't care less. When I come in the office they have no idea who I am, and they don't open until 10am.
I do like the inside of my apartment & the privacy off of the deck, which is quite large, and the grounds are well kept. I won't stay when my lease is up though - I can't get any sleep & I hate getting soaked in the rain trying to get to my car to go to work.
