Review for Woodlake Apartments

I had never lived in an apartment until I moved in to the Woodlake apartments. I am so disgusted about the experience I wonder if all apartments are like this.
We have illegal dumpers dump furniture and appliances (ie a stove) on our property with no regard and the law nor the management will do nothing to even attempt to stop this issue. I can't put my trash in the dumpster because the local neighborhood thinks this is a free for all. I have contacted the police about the situation and was told that nothing can be done without the apartments management initiating it...the apartments tell me to call the police...this is a total catch 22.
I have also had my car broken into twice while living here withing 1 month of each break-in...I don't feel safe her at all. We have no tresspassing signs posted at the entrance...but that has done nothing to prevent dumpster divers and of course the people who have broken into my car and the apartments will not take any action to help prevent this issue.
When it comes to maitinence issues its a hit or miss...sometimes they know what they are doing and sometimes you have to call repeatedly for them to come back until you get someone who knows what they are doing.
I have paid way too much money to live in this dump and the only reason I stay is because at this point I am working on buying a house and moving out would be pointless until I have my own home.
