Rented: From 2003 To 2009

I can walk my kids to school on [non-rainy days - so not too often but whenever I need to it' that close]; shopping is nearby as well as many other ameneties. The rent prices are comparable to the market in this area; The neighborhood is a residential one and living on the property is quiet and peaceful. If anything goes wrong I know I have always relied on the On-site management to help out. Maintenance is efficient and does it right the first time. I'll be here if there are any questions....[happy home hunting]...
