Review for Woodland Greens Apartments

I have lived here for only a little over a year now, and have had multiple problems. I recieved a notice saying that I intentionally go out side and look for people to spit on..... WHAT? This never happened, a few others got the same notice and they never even go outside on their back porch. They say that we party and are loud all through the night.... I rarely stay awake past 10:00pm. I went outside one night on my 3rd floor balcony and was locked out from the inside, with dinner on the stove, and I was blamed that their sliders are out of date. There is no garbage disposal in my unit... only a place for the switch, neighbor has one though. Plumbing is always leaking. Can not get rid of black mold. Carpets had not even been cleaned before move in. Had to store everything at my grandmothers house for a week because the maintinence people didnt show up. I missed work because of this as well. Had a painter crawl up on my deck and walk into my apt without me knowing he was even going to be there., i could go on but I think you all get the picture. Sorry for being so honest WGA.. :(
