They call it luxury! Its far from, the sqare footage is misleading because there is a lot of unuseable space. The offices are nice to bad you don't live in them. There is no parking if you want to rent a parking space for $20 a month you can if there is one available, and then they are so close together, good luck getting out of you car. Oh and don't look inside the walls, because well they cover a lot of things up and call it fixed. Oh and to rent a garage its $95 and they flood so get renters insurance because they don't cover damages!
