Deer Creek Apartments are falling apart. These are 12yr old apartments that are way overpriced. I have lived here for over a year and it is a nightmare. The office staff is extremely rude when you call with a maintance problem. Staff will not give you a time or a date that maintance will be in your home to fix any problems. Nothing here is done in a timely manner. Half of the time the front gate is open 24hrs, garbage dumpster is always overflowing, and there is never any parking available. Do not waste your money!!!!
