Be Aware Of The Movement Charge

The condition of unit for this complex is really nice, but be aware of the movement charge. It is very expensive. I tried my best to clean the aparment. I even went to home depot and rent a machine to clean the carpet. They stil charge me almost 300 bucks for cleaning. My advice here is that if you are planning to move out from this apartment, hire someone to do the job or leave it to the apartment. Unless you show them the receipt for cleaning, they will charge you anyway.
