Honestly the management has been great to my wife and I. The location is in the heart of Redmond so I can walk or ride my bike rather then drive. Our unit happens to be right next to a bunch of construction which is... let's say not quiet during the morning. Some construction work have no respecthi yelling and screaming like they do. Anyway the apartments a good but the would be great if they replace all the windows which would cut down the noise and make them more energy efficient. The complex is now offering a $1000 referral bonus so if you thinking of moving here tell them Todd from E228 told you about the place and I'll give you half that. Anyway great place and everyone keeps to themselves so it's a pretty relaxed place.
