Okay, So i went down to this place last week at 5:30 and the two people in the office refused to help me. Even though I had called to let them know I would be by, they refused to show me an apt. Then I came back that weekend, it was gross. Sure the apts are cheap, but they are nasty inside. The appliances are outdated and look dangerous and the grounds are the most unkempt area I have ever seen in my life. Not to mention, I walked by several apts that were pack to the brim with residents and garbage. I will recommend not renting from a place like this. They are not worth it.
