The apartment itself is fine. It's the office manager Kathy, she's more like a warden than a manager. If you're thinking about moving there, try to talk to some of the residents first. Deposits. Don't expect anything back, expect to pay. I had the apartment sparkling clean, they admitted it on the walk through. They still charged me to clean it. They charge you to clean carpets after you leave. I paid $1500 in deposits, $750 non refundable. The apartment couldn't have been cleaner, the carpets had normal soil (no stains, or spots, I had rugs on top of the carpet). I'm going to contact the BBB and my lawyer. The thing is, I knew they would pull this. You don't have to live there long before you realize what your dealing with. Then you're stuck in a lease.
