As an ex employee that had the misfortune of having to work for a manager that basically was a poor excuse for a manager not to mention a human being. After she was brought in, it was all downhill. I lasted a whole two weeks after her arrival. She really was a rude bitch that thought her shit didn't stink. As for the property itself, I'm glad I wasn't required to live there. I have since moved on and work for a company that actually gives a damn. Don't rent there.
