Wouldn't Live Here Again

The positives are the landscaping is maintained nicely and the two times the place required maintenance, the items were fixed immediately. The bad, however, FAR outweighs the good: my car was hit in the parking lot (person of course didn't leave insurance info) ironically the day after I complained (for the third time) about noisy neighbors; neighbors above walk like elephants; neighbors to the side run a daycare (two kids run wild and shake the floor), play guitar, and play loud music at 6:30am; MULTIPLE times my numbered parking spot was taken by another car without that car being towed. Perhaps these are picky and things could be far worse, but it's more than enough. If I had to live in a rental on a permanent basis, this wouldn't be my choice. Others have to be better than this.
