When I first moved into this apartment the Management tried to scam me by attempting to charge me a full months rent for the first month without it being applied to any other months, and it was already the 15th. with some help and discussions with my father she finally consented to me paying only for the days i was living there. Trying to get as much money out of me as possible as this is my first apartment. since then there have been little to no problems and she has been timely with getting minor repairs done.
