The model unit is much nicer than the actual apartments. My carpet definitely should have been replaced when I moved in. You can tell where they only re-painted about 1/2 way up the walls in the living room and sometimes I blow a fuse when I vaccuum. Overall, it's just okay. The pool is nice in the summer- it seems like it's never used.
