Review for Stonepointe At University Place Apartments

Nice place, nice apartments, can't complain there. The front gate is a joke. One gate for both in and out traffic so if you leave you are opening the gate for anyone and everyone. Gate stays open as long as cars are driving through it, might as well not be there. Always had a nice parking spot, covered stalls cost extra as well as garages. The office staff is HORRIBLE!!! Very unprofessional, heartless and just plain rude. They are very 'friendly' when you are a prospective renter but could then care less about you once you sign on the line. If you are military DO NOT rent here. There are multiple hidden charges in the lease that they don't tell you about until after the fact.
There were multiple things wrong with the apartment when we first inspected it including the kitchen light not working. And of course it took over 2 weeks for them to get around to fixing it along with a door that fell off twice. And how could I forget that the dishwasher was caked in rust. But of course this was just my experience.
