Rented: From 1994 To 1995

Managers were really nice.
Noise does carry a bit in the cul-de-sac like complex, but mostly a quiet bunch of neighbors.
Laundry room easily accessed.
Close to bus, freeway, downtown, and Hazel Dell.
Parking is scarce, but not so far for friends if the lot is full, to park at Covington House just outside the complex.
